BANGKOK, Thailand--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Fabrinet (NYSE:FN), a leading provider of advanced optical packaging and
precision optical, electro-mechanical and electronic manufacturing
services to original equipment manufacturers of complex products, today
announced that the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year
ended June 27, 2014 will be delayed beyond the required filing date of
September 10, 2014.
As previously disclosed, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
of the Company is currently conducting an internal investigation to
determine whether there were any violations of the Company's accounting
policies. Specifically, the Audit Committee is investigating various
